Chocolate and CoconutI recently bought the book Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar and this is the first recipe I've made from it! Lazy Samoas... :) They are toasted coconut cookies, dipped in chocolate after they're baked. I could have toasted the coconut a little longer but it was still great. Popular in my house.
